Supper for Monday Night!!

So breakfast was missed this morning so I will have supper for ya:

Cubed chicken cooked in BBQ sauce
Rice
Potatoes
And your choice of drink

Sounds yummy! Today was good; I have no school tomorrow because of the election...I'm soo happy. LOL!

I love chicken, and I thank you. Jody is making a wedding cake for a friend's son so dinner was up to me to make. Big mistake. I attempted a marinated flank steak seared in a cast iron skillet on the stove. I had oil sizzling everywhere! (but it was good!).

I don't want to show off my cooking skills too much or I'll end up making dinner far too often.

Hubbys back to work tomorrow so he is sleeping days again
It rough $$ wise with him only working 3 days but it sure has been nice having him around 4 days out of 7. He is up and has the coffee on when I wake up. Even had breakfast cooked today guess that's why I missed it this am.
He'll be back on full time (hopefully) in a few weeks so better not get too used to it.

Dangit... I missed the chicken!!! I'm sure my kids would have preferred it over the Ruebens that I made...lol...I love them tho...well I love any excuse to eat saurkraut.

I have Bass Pro Shops here...Guess I could go there but grass ia always greener on the other side right?!

Cabela's was good...we are lucky cause it is only 16 miles from our place and it is a bigger one. I got myself some nice gloves for hunting this weekend. It might be snowing
