Are there any members with PCOS or similar symptoms?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I thought 'rider wellness' wasn't exactly right since this isn't riding related.

Here's some background. I'm 17 years old, and I've been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and eosinophilic esophagitis. I also had my gallbladder removed about 4 or 5 weeks ago. I didn't have gallstones but my gallbladder wasn't functioning correctly due to an abnormally small bile duct.

I still many issues that don't seem to go with my other issues, and I have a strong feeling about PCOS.

The last few days, I've had pain on either side just inside my hip. (I'm almost positive it's my ovaries) The left side is noticeably worse though. I've also had recurrent UTIs (about 4 in 6 months) I have irregular menstrual cycles which are about 32-34 days im between compared to 28. At the moment, they're really off due do birth control. (Depo shot started about 6 months ago and LoEstro or something *pill* about 2 months before that) I have an endocrinologist who has tested me for plenty of things but not PCOS. I do have elevated DHEA sulfate levels (I think that's what it's called) which I've been told is a type of testosterone.

I also have chronic migranes, which we haven't found a reason for. (MRI was normal) I had issues with low blood sugar a year or two back, I still might but I don't
have a way to test it anymore.

I also have had high blood pressure, heart palpitations (up to at last 120 bpm while resting) and my look has mentioned I seem to breathe heavy. I also get weird tingling/numbing sensations in my toes but it's a really odd feeling. Another random thing is the feeling of a blood pressure cuff releasing on my lower leg.

I also have an impossible time sleeping through the night, or falling back asleep once I wake up. I'm sure there are things I'm missing but I'm just looking for opinions or other experiences.

Oh yeah, acne! And oily skin and hair. I mean bad, I take a shower every day and always look like a homless person by the I shower again.
