Thinking of a new career choice....

As of right now, I work at a Insurance Brokerage in Administration and Reception. I have to opportunity to take my courses and test to become a broker. It's quite exciting. I have been teaching riding lessons on the side which is my dream as I love coaching, but as I am only 21 I would like to get my name out there more to become fully respected as a coach and trainer. With the hours I have, 8:30 to 4:30 and weekends off I have the time to do this on the side for now.

I will be moving in about 4 weeks though, and I have advised my management. My branch manager told me she knows a brokerage in my new area that she may be able to "transfer" me too. It's an unsure thing though.

I am interested and enjoy Insurance, but I am also interested in Banking. I would really enjoy being a banking teller. I am not sure if I need to upgrade courses and/or have certain credentials for that ? Maybe someone could advise me about this ? I don't know anyone personally that works at a bank. Thanks !

Rest in Peace

Bank tellers are entry level positions, and you'll be required to work some Friday evenings and Saturdays.

If you can deal with making minimum wage or a little above that, working nights and not having every weekend off, then sure.
