Those cute horsey moments

I thought it would be nice to have a thread where you can share those cute horsey moments! Maybe it's when your horses touch noses at sunset, maybe it's when an inquisitive horse learns what a butterfly is. Whatever it is, feel free to share it here!

Mine is: I was filling up my horses' water trough this morning with the hose. Toby thought it looked interesting, so he came for a drink of water. He put his nose up to the stream of water from the hose, and played with it for a minute with his nose. You know the cute thing where they wiggle their lips around? Yeah, that's what he was doing. So simple, but cute nonetheless.

Anybody want to share theirs?

Pshh....I don't procrastinate, I just do unimportant things VERY productively!

On the hose in the water trough subject, my gelding apperently finds spraying the other horses with water very entertaining.

Every time I go see my mare, she greets me by coming up and sharing breath with me. It's the cutest thing. C:

Each time I put my mare back from her feeding station, before I put her back she plants her feet - she wants me to stand such that she can put her cheek on mine and I softly stroke her nose. It is just one of those odd rituals that developed over the years...but I love it.

There is just as much horse sense as ever, but the horses have most of it.

Aww those are so cute and sweet! When Toby came home in the trailer I put my face up to the window and he sniffed my face. So cute

My horse Memphis like to smell my arm when I am leading him. He does this quite a few times while leading him. He also like to play with his nose in watering troughs and even has tried to get in a bigger one before at one of the places we trail ride lol. If we are down in the pasture doing something he likes to come check on you several times, like he is asking "Are you sure you don't need some help?" LOL! He is just so cute and sweet :)

My girl has my adoptive gma on speed dial. She will stand by the gate and when you come out of the barn, do a little whinny then push the gate back and forth to make the chain rattle hoping she will go inside, to her stall and be fed lol.

Silly boys trucks are for cowgirls...unless you haul our horses for us
