TN/SC/WV ATV Trails

I'm looking for beginner type trail systems w/in 600 miles of VA that are fairly inexpensive that I can take my SXS (Rhino) and my husband and son can take their Dirt Bikes... (KTM something er other and YZ80)

Sumter National Forest looks neat but I'm not sure what else is in Union or near there... Somewhere near a beach or a place I can put my canoe in would be nice....

I'd like to bring my dog too...
