tornado damage

Had a storm early yesterday morning and this is our friend's house and roping arena

The first is what's left of a 16ft stock trailer and the front of somebody's International road tractor.

Wow! I'm appreciating our snow storms more after seeing what you all have to deal with.

Totally serious if you want to pack up the wife, kids, Gator, donkey and dogs and get out for a few days, we have got room!

So sorry. I was thinking about all of our Forum friends out there and wondering....hoping they were all ok.......

That damage is horrible! Is everyone okay?

(I'm curious since we don't have weather like that here, maybe once every 60 years or so...What do you do with your horses?)

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. Cowchick, that's so kind. It'd be good to get out of "tornado alley" for a little while. For now I'm just going to put in a storm shelter and ride em out. But soon we'd like to move to cowboy country. Any suggestions for good places to live? Cowchick or anyone?

Nobody was hurt at this place, but 1 or 2 people about a mile away were killed. Not sure what the count is, a couple people were airlifted out and still in the hospital. When people were searching they heard a woman screaming for her kids in a field. They had been blown out of their home and separated. Everyone in the family was injured to the best of my knowledge, and are being treated at the hospital.

The tornado was an f3. The news said it covered 21 miles.

Ack...scary...

Move to Nevada!!!! How can you knock a place that has 24hr. Casinos, bars and prostitution! Where cattle, horses and sheep out number people, and one of the best economies, it is booming!

No tornados or earthquakes, the worst is a little snow and below 0 zero weather...it's like a vacation..lol

Try Wyoming! That's where I'm headed in a year or two!
