Tornado Warning/Rain Storm

OMG Funny you should bring this topic up. About half and hour ago Toronto suffered the most violent thunder/ tornado storm. There was lightning and thunder which was only a kilometre away ! There were winds that howled and spun around in circles and knocked down patio sets, basketball nets,plants and even one persons window. Everyone thought that their front lawn trees would just lift off and fly away. Now this wasn't much damage but the storm was horrible. Windy extremely windy and very loud and huge lightning. Right after the thunder storm you could hear a lot of emergency crews rushing. Now thankfully there wasn't any serious damage in my neighbourhood but it was a very scarey storm. (espacially is you are me and you have a phobia of thunder and lightning )
No pictures sorry, it just was to scary to pull out a camera and take pictures. ( and BTW Tornoto is in Ontario which is in Canada )

Geez, Lucky!! It is 101 down here right now and I look at the 10 day forcast and you know what I see every day?

With no option of any rain in the forseeable future. Plus with temps above 95 every single day. The grass is literally cooking here.

I talk to a friend of mine down in PA regularly and most often than not, the weather they have down there is identical to what we have here. Odd thing because they are at the opposite end of the continent.

Weather is just odd sometimes isn't it.
