Two-day shipping? Anyone had problems with this?

Well I ordered a Tacky Too bareback pad on Wednesday and paid the CRAZY and extreme ammount of $17.99 so I could get the pad before Sunday...which is my lesson day because I wanted a bareback lesson but I feel horrible using the BOs...and I wanted a pad because my balance bareback is still realllly bad so I wanted the little extra security that it offered.

Anyways, it's day three and still no bareback pad. I am TOTALLY upset about the whole thing because I paid so much for shipping and it won't be here until probably Monday.

Anyone had problems with two day shipping...not getting there in time?

I have e-mailed horse.com with the complaint because they said it would arrive in two business days. I also asked for at least the shipping back since it did not come in two days. So let's hope it comes soon hehe

When I ordered from there it came on time. I can't exactly remember if I requested 3 day shipping or the shipping that takes a week but it came on time. I would be super pissed if it didnt come on time and I would definitely ask for at least the shipping costs back like you did...

I wonder if it is two days after the order has been pulled - so if the pickers don't work on your order for 20 hours.... it might end up being 68+ hours ...see what I mean? But you would think for the extra charge your order would go to the head of the class...

It said the order was shipped on hte 30th...so to me that means it would arrive in 2 days...nwo I understand that if it was shipped on the 1st of something it wouldn't be there...but it's been two business days past the shipped date

    Ah, I see.
Well, if it were me I would complain to the service department and be looking for a refund. You paid $18 for a service that was NOT delivered.

If you got this from Country Supply, good luck. Their prices are good but their service department has gone in the hopper the last couple years.

That really sucks. I have never had issues with online orders. The one place I order stuff from actually ships things to my place in 3-4 business days at no extra charge. They have always been fantastic that way.

I would call that company and complain. See that they refund you for their shipping that was not delivered on time, if it doesnt make it on the due date.
