hehe I just love this

I find that when I had those issues with cravings, or munchies, I chewed gum, or sucked on a piece of hard candy. It really wasn't that I was hungry, just wanted something to gnaw on.

A factor could also be that you have gained weight and have more body tissue to feed, thus are hungrier. It takes more food to feed a 125 pound body than a 100 pound body...
