Yes about the pony swim. My husband was talking about renting a plane and flying down for a weekend.

What is near Dollywood? I'm pricing out the cabin package and it looks like we could stay in a cabin and go to Dollywood for under $2k but what is in that area? Enought ot keep us busy?

One of my coworkers is at Tybee island at the moment and seems to be having a good time. Quite a few folk I know have gone but I haven't cause I would actually have to spend money to get there. Yes I admit I am a penny pincher and my vacation usually consists of work around the farm.

Depends how old your kids are, and their interest. Dollywood and splash country can keep you guys busy for a couple of days, go rafting a day. Just keep in mind that it's an area built on tourism. You might feel like a cheeseball after a day
