Watched out of a window when the sun was setting...

...and realized the lake behind our house was so beautiful that I decided to take a camera and share it with you.

It was just like the evening before my gradution party in June 2008.

About 6 years ago son #2 spent a year in Finland as a transfer student for his last year in college. The pictures he sent were beautiful. Your pictures are very serene and you have a lovely country.

Thanks a lot. We're pretty underpopulated country and that's why we have a lot of 'serene' nature.

Ok, little updating. This isn't the same lake as the first one at our backyard but other one close to me (we have more lakes than we needed ). The building in the pics is the church of our little town and I thought it looked pretty awesome tonight when I was taking a stroll and the sun was shining. So I rushed home, grabbed my camera and came back. The sun had still clouded then but I took these pics; few minutes later it started to rain like it has rained almost whole the weekend.

I did a little googling on your home town. Is it part of what they call the lake country of Finland? I couldn't find a lot of information, it must be a fairly small town? It is very beautiful.
