weather

going to be another nice day here. Temps at night have been in the 40's
Highs in the low 70's and no humidity.

Really October weather for here. Only had a few days where the temps
Hit the 90's with bad humidity. The A/C took care of those days. LOL

So those of you in the southern Hemisphere might be getting an early
Spring. LOL They say El Nino is back so our winter should be relatively
Mild, The Farmers Almanac is saying we will have numbing cold and lots
Of snow this coming winter through the midwest.

The weather here has been abnormally cooler for this time of year. Monday the high was 77 lows in the lower 50's at night..For the first time since they have been recording temps our August did not reach 100 the whole month. It is usually a struggle to keep things cool, ac's running non-stop this time of year..Lately you almost need a jacket in the mornings! More like November than the middle of summer

Well, over here it seems it's almost normal weather as to the existent season.

Hope we'll get all normal winter (but not very cold, please).

We missed summer here. It rained almost nonstop in June and July. August we had 2 weeks of unbearable humidity without relief. Now, we are entering into early Fall weather. Very cool at night, though I personally like that, crisp mornings and comfortable days. Not sure what our winter will be like, have heard mixed predictions. Guess like always, it's a wait and see.

I'm with you Tamma, hope it's not too cold. Last winter was very cold without our usual January or February thaw. Guess I'd better make the most of these days.

Now I'm interested to hear what's cold for you or what kind of weather do you usually have during winters?

Over here it's normally under zero, usually even under -10 (or 32 and 14 in Fahrenheits) and snowy. For me it starts to feel cold when it's something between -15 and -20 (5 and -4). Even if back some decades those degrees were all normal.

Last winter it was on average 5 to 25 below zero. We got quite a bit of snow, each storm left it up to my knees and because of how cold, the snow was easy to drift (no moisture in it).

When the temps were above zero, like 10 to 15, it felt like a heat wave!

Sounds like you and I view "cold" very similarly!

The worst is when we also get the winds, the windchill factor drives the cold right through ya!

Was told that our winter will start early this year. Supposedly snow by Halloween. That makes it long for me, since I have to carry the water to the barn. On the plus side, great workout for the arms!

I have really enjoyed this summer.. if I can call it that. Its made this pregnancy 10 times easier as I was not looking forward to hot weather. The days when it was hot and humid out, I was down at the shore and got to cool off in the ocean.

I just hope this winter isnt too cold
