Weirdest thing you've eaten ?

So poorly stolen from the horse talk section

So this is not complicated.. what's the weirdest thing you've eaten ?

Mine depends on what you call weird.. I've eaten fish jerky, old rotten shark, sheep intestines boiled in a kind og sack, sheep face, hearts (no idea what kind though) and even horse meat. Oh yeah, bull tounge.. And there's a big chance I've eaten ram testicles. I don't remember it though.

And I guess that's it

Not exactly weird, but this weekend a friend came over from the Netherlands and I tried pepernoten and speculaas :) She also had some bak kut teh that my Malaysian housemate cooked up.

If you believe everything you read, better not read.

For a horse person this isn't weird but I've tried all the horse feed and treats I've ever bought (:

Ground hog (disgusting), ants, grasshoppers. Tongue, heart, kidney, liver I consider "normal" -- my fav is tongue. All those from cows, deer, moose, goat, sheep and I think even fish. We had grouse for supper tonight actually. Yum!

sushi and I mean the real raw fish with those hot green sauces. I must have heaved after each bite (was an invite and had to be polite).
