SonnyWimps was most definitely not given a 3 day ban "for speaking her mind" about Parelli. You may not have noticed, but we've recently added a Natural Horsemanship forum here for the very reason that we want to facillitate members discussing Parelli and other topics related to natural horsemanship.
SonnyWimps was warned many times about the way she discussed Parelli here, which tended to create conflict. If you didn't notice issues with her posts, that's because a team of moderators were working diligently to remove parts of them that were likely to start fights. After repeated pms urging her to try harder to say things in ways that wouldn't cause or exacerbate issues failed to make any difference, we decided a short, 3 day ban might send the message. Things simply couldn't continue as they had been, and we hoped she would decide she enjoyed participating here enough to make the minor adjustments we were asking of her.
It is unfortunate that she decided she would rather leave the forum instead, but that is her choice.
There are always two sides to a story. I assure you we don't work hard to maintain this community on the one hand only to ban members unjustifiably on the other. Suggesting she was banned for "speaking her mind" and "'supposedly' offending people and posting Parelli threads" paints a grossly inaccurate picture of what went on and is insulting to the staff who spent a lot of time dealing with the issues her posts presented and how to address SonnyWimps fairly and properly.
In the future, if you have questions or comments about something forum related you hear through the rumor mill, and only know a portion of what went on, and a biased one at that, please send me or a moderator a pm so we can clarify things for you rather than make insulting, uninformed accusations.
