What did i do to my hand? O.O

So Monday, the 7th i kinda punched a school desk and hit the edge between the knuckles with a strong full swing punch. Please dont ask why, but i wasnt mad. And well soon after that my left 3 knucles started to swell, and then at around 100 PM them got BIG! You cant make out my knucles now but it hurts and looks a bit black and blue, hurts really bad if you touch it. I dont know if i bust a vein or fractured a finger. If needed i can take a pic but what do yall think i did?

I'm not going to even try to help diagnose over the Internet... So first and foremost if it is bruised, swollen, painful, and/or doesn't move like normal then go to a doctor. Knuckles are not cartilage... they are bone and can be broken or fractured. If not treated, they can limit movement, cause infection, not heal properly, in some cases. Typically the pinky finger is more prone to breaking/fracture. But any of them can break.

Here is some good info:

You shouldn't have punched the desk & you most definitely shouldn't be asking for medical advice on a forum..

You need anger management classes and a good healthy dose of respect for property of others.

And you need to talk to a doctor.
