    .

Everything sounds good, but I never made it to the store, guess I will have to settle for salmon, baked potato and green beans.

    Beau that sounds DELISH!
We mix the calalina sauce (average sized bottle, GreatValue brand) about about a half a cup or 3/4 cup of white sugar, and 1/4 and onion (or more) chopped. Then just put it in a glass pan like a cake plan with the chicken breast and cook it on 375° for about an hour :) and the rice is just an add water kind, it comes in a yellow/gold package. My grandma adds crushed pinnapple to the chicken too but I can't because I'm allergic to it lol. It's good either way! :)

I am at work, I work at the front desk of a hotel, with a restaurant, so I usually order something. Not tonight, hubby has the day off and is having a sleep over with our granddaughter, so he made steak, garlic toast, sautéed zucchini, and packed me up some for my dinner, DE-LISH!

I ended up with a small portion of leftover baked beans and a glass of pinot grigio. So very classy!

When my hubby was working on the high steel, he'd walk into a restaurant and order the special without even asking. I was always afraid it would be liver and onions, which he loved so that was ok. Me, liver doesn't like me, goes down and right back up like a high speed elevator.

    Me three.

Tonight was steamed fresh garden veggies smothered in marinara sauce topped with cheese. Dessert was fat fresh blackberries and strawberries.
STG, if you had a veggie garden you would never be “stuck” eating only what’s in the fridge because you couldn’t get to the store.
