I love my crock pot, just not as much in the summertime. I did, however, just whip up a batch of hummus with some of the garlic from my garden.

We had beef tender loin, real mashed taters( not the box kind) gravy, green beans, corn and biscuits , washed down with sweet tea at the station tonight. Now at 4 in the morning I'm sitting at the table with a couple of guys eating the left overs because we've been running calls all night long. Haven't even seen my bed yet. gotta love Saturday night!
