I like to eat the whole coarse again the next day! LOL But I also like making turkey sandwiches (With: Bread, Turkey, Mayo, Cranberry Sauce and Stuffing)
Also Hot Turkey Sandwiches! Turkey, Gravey and Bread.

Turkey Pot pie is also good! How do you make Turkey Curry?? Sounds good!

And mmmm... Vanilla Vodka sounds good! Never tried it though, only had the raspberry, not bad...

Curry...
Get turkey.
Cube it, or however you want it.
Get two jars of curry sauce.
Get a slow cooker.
Put it all in.
30 mins later TA DAH.
Turkey curry lol

After all the effort that goes in to cooking christmas dinner, we have a week off with lazy dinners ;D

We always get Hawaiian King rolls - you know those small sweet ones - and use them to make mini-turkey "sliders". They are a great hit and rarely is anything left beyond that.

I was going to start a thread asking the same thing. I am faced with a load of turkey meat in the fridge and no dinner ideas. The garlic and oil thing sounds good... and easy. Yup, we're having that for dinner with chips and salad! Sorted. Thanks

It's good, I promise! I normally use chicken - but it has cream cheese, miracle whip, grapes, pecans, craisins, pineapple, celery, onion. Super tasty on croissants!

Homemade turkey pot pie. I make homemade crust too...
And turkey salad, just like chicken salad but with turkey.
My all time favorite? Hot turkey plate, turkey, french fries, texas toast, all covered with gravy...
