***Whooo Hoooo Painted OVER HERE*** I have French Vanilla Java left over from this morning if you want some. I don't drink the brew but I had to put on a pot for the first time in years this morning. Bill's Dad (my FIL) is a coffee-aholic and all we had was the girlie brew. He didn't seem to mind. I've got some cinnamon toast crunch cereal if your hungry.

I do hope that Vic (the FIL) leaves soon...He broke the cardinal rule of all that is holy and used the same knife in the peanut better AND jelly.....Cross contamination is forbidden under this roof... GAH. (perhaps I need to lighten up a bit but MAN that drives me crazy...well that and he flew all the way from Alaska to Arkansas and it would be rather harsh to bump his butt to the curb when he hasn't been here for even 24 hours.....I'm going to hide the peanut butter instead.)

Hope your day is going well and I can always throw on a fresh pot if ya want!!!!

ROTFL..... I didn't say anything to him or the hubby... I just gritted my teeth a bit and fished the jelly out of the peanut butter. I only have 2 pet peeves, one is a cheating spouse and the other is cross-contamination.... Ya, I know...I'm odd.

Anyways, the FIL went to work with the hubby today and all seems to be going really well. We had a great visit with him last night....He didn't raise my hubby in fact they hadn't seen each other for almost 20 years when the hubby tracked him down in 2002. So this relationship is only about 6yrs old and they are more like friends than father and son so it makes for great conversations, especially since the FIL is such an old hippie. A couple hours spent with him and you'll see a WHOLE new perspective on this world!!!

I'm glad to have him as it makes the hubby happy.

That's great Amy! Donuts for everyone (except me - Mrs. Iride put me on a diet, I had to ask "diet, why? What color is it?")

Put a spoon in the jelly jar and a knife in the PB jar

Or buy the peanut butter and jelly mixed brand. LOL

    LOL at RC's suggestion.
For some reason, I just can NOT see DG buying peanut butter and jelly IN THE SAME JAR!
Course...I never gave things like that a thought before, either. (Heheheh)
    ROFLOLOLOL!
Besides....there are a LOT of us 'old hippies' around. ;)

Amy, I have the jelly in the peanut butter pet peeve, too. Get the squeezable jelly, problem solved.

I can't have any donuts either, Bill.
