I second Downton Abbey, although I only watched part of it (not b/c it isn't good, I actually forgot about it). I read that they really paid attention to historical accuracy, which makes it double interesting to watch.
Chuck was definitely one of my favourites!! I adore Criminal Minds (and maybe have a celeb crush on Shemar Moore :) ), as well as Blue Bloods. I'm into most of the cop/crime shows though. Other than that, all the ones I watch have been mentioned!
Flashpoint! The series just ended on Ion this year. It's a police/crime type show and, last I knew, the previous seasons were on Netflix.
I wanted to watch The Following (for James Purefoy if anything-he was wonderfully attractive in A Knight's Tale as the Black Prince). It does sound interesting also :). I've missed out on the first couple of episodes though. I'll have to look around to see if I can catch up anywhere. Comcast took them (first few episodes) off of their On Demand menu.
I do watch Once Upon A Time weekly. I'm not going to say it's the best show ever, but it's right up my alley in the fantasy genre. I think I've started to embrace the more ridiculous qualities of it. I was watching Revolution until they had their break, and I'll keep up with it once they start up again.
Ones already mentioned-
Firefly
Criminal Minds
NCIS
Buffy the Vampire Slayer (not really a fan of its sister series, Angel, though)
