Smile What's for Supper?

Was wondering what everyone is having for their evening meal tonight. We're having Dynamite with a large garden salad and special recipe dressing.

So what's on the stove for everyone else?

Whats Dynamite? We had pork steaks on the grill with a tossed salad, cucumbers and 'maters from the garden.
Hubby is in bed for evening meal. I usually just have some cereal, or a sandwich.
I keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge and have them a lot at night.

I am making "sour cream enchiladas". I got the recipe off of allrecipes.com Its pretty much my favorite website.

I have never made them, so we'll see how it goes!

Maureen , Dynamite is kind of a vegetable stew in a tomato base. I cut up celery, onion, green peper (not finely cut, more on the coarse side) and a couple of cloves of garlic and mix it with a can tomato soup (undiluted) and 1 can tomato paste. Sprinkle some hot crushed red pepper and let cook for 3 - 4 hours on low heat. Serve it over hamburg rolls. Very good and very low in calories.

Funny, we had grilled ham steaks with brown sugar marinade , tossed salad and fresh garden green beans last night! Yum Yum!

Oopps! Forgot to tell you that you can add 1lb of scrambled ground beef to the dynamite if desired. I'm doing that now which reminded me that I forgot to write that on the post. Where is my mind!
