Maureen , Dynamite is kind of a vegetable stew in a tomato base. I cut up celery, onion, green peper (not finely cut, more on the coarse side) and a couple of cloves of garlic and mix it with a can tomato soup (undiluted) and 1 can tomato paste. Sprinkle some hot crushed red pepper and let cook for 3 - 4 hours on low heat. Serve it over hamburg rolls. Very good and very low in calories.
Funny, we had grilled ham steaks with brown sugar marinade , tossed salad and fresh garden green beans last night! Yum Yum!
