Whats wrong with my budgie?

Hi I have 2 albino budgies a male and a female.they use to be in a avairy cage outside but when I got married had to sell all the budgies I had but I only kept the two albinos.then we moved and I put them in a smaller cage inside my house.a few weeks ago the female started getting sick.she just sleeps all day and is puffy.her droppings are very hard and she struggles to get the out.she eats alot but she looks sick.the male is very happy he sings and jumps around and looks very healthy.the female also struggles to move around sometimes she falls whe she tries to get onto a stick.can anyone help me what is wrong with her?
