What's your favorite fair food?

In the spirit of tomorrow not being a work day in the U.S. And me going to the county fair here on the 4th, I thought I'd make myself hungry and find out what everyone's favorite fair food is; or, if you don't have one from what they make now, what would your favorite fair food be?

I'd have to say funnel cake is right up there; but for some reason deep fried cheesecake jumps into my mind as something I really want to try on Saturday... I don't know if it even exists though, so if not that's probably my would-be favorite.

Can't say I've ever tried the rest of the deep-fried menu: things like Twinkies and Oreos and whole candy bars, but for some reason deep-fried cheesecake sounded interesting to me just now.

Anyway, what's your favorite food to get at the fair?

Elephant ears for sure! Watch out for deep fried oreos, they may taste good at the time you eat them...but they will get you in the morning.. lol
