Just saying, you have a crazy career.
We had a wildfire out here a few years ago and we went to bring them food and water and I ended up helping pull hose.
Those things are HEAVY! I almost went back and got my horse to start dragging them, then realised I was being showed up by 45+ year old men and got going again. LOL

Jeez...that sounded harsh, true though. Like horse related stuff unless you actually know something about or like horses I really don't care what you have to say on the topic

Actually I did play hockey for years. Played for the FD team for about 8. Played a bit in high school. I'm no good at it but just kind of hack around .I quit when we moved an hour and a half away from the closest skatiing rink and had our little girl. As for watching hockey, well I do live in NC. Unless its the canes or the one game a week Espn show there isn't a whole lot of options as far as tv goes. We do have an AHL team in town an hour away. Just can't seem to get down there anymore. Fan? Yes to the best of my abilities.

No TV options for hockey?! I'm surprised North Carolina has a population.

Isnt hockey one of those sports like basketball that the season lasts three of four years and nearly every team makes the playoffs which also lasts another several years ? As each round is a another hundred games or so ? Which all tend to loose relevance by the time the finals come ? So dragged out pretty much noone cares. Ever wonder why the Superbowl is the most tv watched championship, couple rounds of single elimination one game playoffs, lots of hype then one game to decide it, Same thing with US college basketball, the NCAA finals is exciting and worth watching, single elimination, all over in a couple weeks.

Well it looks like they have a new collective bargaining agreement laid out. At least according to NHL.com. We may get some hockey in after all.
