Whoo! Guess What?

Guess what? On the 11th of Feb, I got elected to be the girls school captain. I am so proud!

Umm, I said the Girls School Captain. Hehe

I think what harlee is getting at is what does that mean? That sounds exciting, but what are the details? Is it an all girls school or something? I've never heard of such thing, is it like class president?

Well,
It's a girls and boys school. We have a Girls School Captain, (which is me) and girls vice school captain, a boys school captain, and a boys vice school captain. You have to make a speech in front of the year 5s and 6s and the teachers and the students vote like a ballet. They put the 1 next to the person that they want to be school captain, then so on so forth. The teachers then vote too. Only year 6s are aloud to run. It's like the leaders of the school. You know how sport teams have a captain and a coach? It's like that, but for the whole school.

They call them class presidents in the US. Except here its 1 for each grade. Congrats again Rach!
