why do stupid people own horses? (VENTING ONCE AGAIN!!)

it's bothers the heck out of me that some one would want a horse just so they can say they own one....first off if you own one...great...but if you have never owned one before leave it's care up to some one who know's how to take care of them...if the horse is to much for you then sell it and get some thing you can handle and not be afraid of......but don't bring it home and leave it in the back yard pen and don't properly feed it!!!! once again i got the "PHONE CALL" my pony is lose and i can't catch him!!! THIS TIME TOUGH LUCK!! ( i know i'm harsh but i'm tired of this) this time is was her welsh stud pony who got out , she claims some one let him out, he's got a carabeener clip to lock is pen....hhmm ok i figgerd he played with it to get atthe mare that's in heat right next to his pen...she says that some one came on to her property and let him out....ok in broad day light where every one can see?...sure ...told her to call the sheriff dept to report it!!! oh wait that would raise to the point of how she keeps the ponnies!!!, i know she didn't call.....before hanging up on her before getting really pissed at her being stuped i gave her the advice of cutting back on both the mare sweat feed and the studs sweat feed .....her reaction was.....i know how to feed my horses !!! i'm going to cut back on the hay ????.....hhhmm still scratching my head on that !!!!.......she's also asked me to make a apointment for her stud to get gelded...why can't she do that her self????....my vet's away!!! plus he doesn't like her......oh well i guess she have to make her own apointment her self where it's 3 times the amount to geld a horse by a money groubing vet......I'M WASHING MY HANDS OF THEM!!!!!...STUPID PEOPLE

Good vent.. I am so glad I don't live near anybody like that. Tho there was this family when I lived in "town"(very small town) who's horses were constantly getting out.. TG they weren't any studs in that mix.
