Talking Wisdom teeth out, bored and on pain killers

So I'm very bored.
Just had my wisdom teeth out yesterday and am so swollen and hurt...well I don't hurt much anymore cause I took an Oxy that they prescribed me

So I'm just super high, chilling here waiting for a friend to bring over movies.

Yup

My whole right side of my face is so swollen it looks like I got in a bar fight!

I had mine out when I was 17. Most of my friends did the same.
My poor boyfriend, on the other hand, is now 26 and still has all 4 wisdom teeth. Biggest problem with this is that they are fully formed and completely impacted... and of course he doesn't have dental insurance, so the cost to remove them is incredible. Anyway, thankfully you will heal and never have to think about those redundant teeth again!! Take an Oxy and watch Pans Labyrinth... :)

Life seems mighty precious, when there's less of it to waste.

Just wanted to say your title cracked me up. Hopefully you're comfy and watching movies now.

Mine came in just fine, I never saw any reason to have them removed. I was always told to have them removed b/c they were "so far back". Wouldn't it be a problem if they weren't? Alas, I had them removed 2 at a time, they didn't "leave" willingly. They gave me motrin, advised against sucking through a straw, and sent me home. I had almost no swelling either time - so I couldn't pretend I needed to be waited on. :) My sister on the other hand looked like a chipmunk when she had it done, and had problems. Be thankful if you have no probs..it isn't pretty.

There is just as much horse sense as ever, but the horses have most of it.
