Working on a new logo; critique me!

Working on a client's logo at the moment, just got the basic line art finished and waiting for her approval to continue, your opinions?

It's a pretty design, but it may be too detailed. Most companies, when looking for a logo, want something easy to produce in quantity. The more details and colors, the more expensive it is to put on t-shirts, on the wall of the building, etc etc. I feel when it comes to logos, less is more.

Ricci: Its a personal logo, something that will likely only be on her website. Otherwise I do agree with you, too much takes away from it quite often but I do what they ask for.

SR: Thank you!

Here are some logos I've done previously;

If it is a small, private business, then that makes sense. It is cute. Will it be colored or just like that?

Thanks (: And it will be colored, I just do it all in stages to make it easier to change parts if they don't like something. Much less time consuming that redoing a whole section!
