XRays-Before and After

I got my new X-Rays while I was in hospital. Thought it would be fun to see the before and after from the reconstruction I had last year and the one I had last week. I'm probably the only one who finds these really funny to look at. I resized them so that you could scroll down and look at both at once. The left side(right side of your screen look at it now)is what was redone

Wow! If you don't mind me asking, why do you need the pins in the first place? I'm no doctor, but I don't see anything wrong...

Yea you're right, I figured I would get some random surgery to add screws to my body...

Can you feel the pins on the outside of your body if you feel for them at all? LOL Dumb question I know, but thought I'd ask.

I indeed can feel some of them. If you place your hands on your hips, as tho you were looking at someone in the angry post, right on my hip I can feel 2 screws on each side if you I run my fingers along my hip. As for the ones inside, no. Can't feel those tho in rainy weather my joints ache.

Oh wow, Im not sure if that would freak me out or not, being able to feel them. Hah. And I know what you mean about the rainy weather hurting your joints. I have knee problems and I can always tell when a storm is coming. Its weird.
