yoga ?

Anyone do yoga or pilates to help with your riding ?
Which positions are your favorites ?

I just started doing yoga, I really like doing the cha-cha-cha even though its really hard =]

I take yoga at an awesome place that is donation only, which is cool. I haven't gone in over a month because of school but...
I like any pose that REALLY stretches my back, because I have spine issues and it helps loosen me up! :)

Thats awesome ! & its great that it helps you so much ! I have back issues as well & I know it affects my riding negatively so I am always open to ideas for helping it

Ive never done pilates, but I know that you breath differently for them haha

OMG I ADORE yoga, I honestly don't what what I'd do without it. I'm pretty sure it keeps me from going insane. Well, yoga and my horsie.
