If you think the statement of Lung Butter sounds bad, try tasting it.

I've been fighting off a cold for a few days now, and tonight I think it has got the best of me. We had taco's for supper, and I put some salsa on my taco salad. Well... I couldn't taste it, heck, I couldn't even SMELL the meat while it was cooking.

    Tis the season I guess...

I've been ill since Wednesday, a nasty nasty cold. I've been very tired and lethargic and unable to concentrate much, which isn't good as I have four major pieces of coursework due over one week. It's got much worse the past two days: aches, hot scratchy eyes, lethargy, throbbing head, sinus pain, blocked or runny nose, painful throat and ears, coughing, sneezing, and so on. Last night I couldn't breathe lying down so I had to use a load of cushions to prop myself into a sitting position, I was going clammy and feverish alternately, and I kept waking up in the night. I was awake from 5am to half six so I ended up making a cup of tea and guzzling kiddies' ibuprofen syrup to try and help me get back to sleep. I'm crap at taking tablets, so calprofen is a godsend, especially when my throat is so painful.

Right now I am swigging water constantly while searching through thermodynamcis textbooks.
