You don't need to eat junk food to gain weight...your health will only get worse if you do that.
It is very simple to switch the junk food for a few good protein, carbohydrate & fatty food sources such as lean meat (chicken breasts, steaks, fish, ground beef, eggs, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta & bread, beans, potatoes, peanut butter & oils. Posted via Mobile Device
