Yummy Protein Shake!

This is honestly one of my favourite drinks, protein or not :)
Ingredients:
-1 cup milk or water (any kind: skim, 1,2,3%, whole, soy, almond)
-about 5-10 ice cubes
-2 scoops chocolate protein powder
-2 tbsp peanut butter
OPTIONAL BUT MAKES IT TASTE BETTER~
-1 protein scoop of sugar

Blend it up really well & serve :))

It sounds good. Too bad I don't have room for a blender or mixing bowl in my room. Ah, the joys of college living.

Also, you can sub the protein powder for melted chocolate, hot chocolate mix, cocoa powder..it doesn't have to be protein powder
