Bluebonnet Sunset and horsehair bracelet

Just a painting (and some edits of it) that I did a few days ago ^_^ it was my first attempt at a landscape, and I had a lot of fun with it!

I also had a friend help me make a horsehair bracelet out of Kenzie's hair that I collected a month or so ago. We modeled it off of one that we found online, and bought some cute little charms. I think it turned out really nice!

It didn't blend as well as I hoped because I didn't use enough paint or work fast enough. This was my first time using such a big canvas though. Oops!

edited...I like this one xD

close up...they look like big blue corncobs. LOL

and the bushes appear to be floating o_O I made a mess of the horizon though because I didn't do it correctly/dark enough, but when I tried to darken it I learned that you CAN go from lighter to darker with one brush, but NEVER darker to lighter. LOL. So I quit before I ruined it.

Bracelet: I didn't realize how sun bleached her tail was! haha

Thanks for looking! Suggestions are very welcome. I'm still very new to painting and am not easily offended xD
