I'm a late bloomer when it came to collecting Breyers. I got my first one from a friend for my 12th birthday and have aquired a few here and there up until now, I'm also 16.

All horses deserve, at least once in their lives, to be loved by a little girl.

I love Breyers! I collect the racehorse ones. I have Cigar, Barbaro, Rags To Riches, Ruffian, and Smarty Jones...just to name the most popular ones ;) I can't wait until there's Rachel Alexandra and Curlin ones! Everytime I look at the Barbaro one it makes me sad though... :(

I'm 19, and collect them as a side hobby. I only have four, however three of them are from a while back(older than me), and I can't find any info on them.

I love Breyer Horses! I started collecting them when I was 12-13 yrs . My first few models were the Family Arabian Mare (Palomino), Yellow Mount (paint) and the Clydesdale Stallion. I am now 33 (lol old I know) and have at last count 200 models. I just received the 2009 Holiday Horse, Nutcracker Prince as a Christmas gift from my husband. I aquired most of the models during a period in my life that I didn't have horses or access to them while my daughter was born , I think they filled a void when I couldn't own horses.
Now my daughter is interested in possibly showing model horses in her 4-H club.

Horses and children, I often think, have a lot of the good sense there is in the world.

No, but I can take a few pics and post them here in a few minutes. =) I'd really appreciate it if you'd look them up.
