chasing around

I am chasing all forums!

ThanX again! But the desert wind is mostly very warm!
Amazingly the picture was taken in August, hotter than hot, but the sand blown up in the wind makes it look cold in the pic.
Nevertheless it is true, the desert is like the oceanside, when it is hot people visit the desert to profit from the wind to cool down a little.

Yeah off I go carrot chasing,....

Goodmorning Jehanzeb,
Please explain me the word canter,... sometimes english is for me still like arabic for me now, I do not understand. What are the correct words for the slow walking speed up to gallop?
My native language used to be dutch!

Hahaha! I love the way you said "Yeeehaaa!" .

Good Morning to you too!

Canter is after trotting and trotting is after slow walking. I myself not too good in terminalogies, specially if it's to do with horses (as I have recently started all this).

If I am right Trotting is after slow walking, this is where you move up and down while horse runs at slow pace.
Cantering on the other hand is when horse runs faster than trotting and you have to sit in the saddle. I think it's when the horse get into a three-beat gait form.

I am not too good in Arabic either however I have many Arab friends who taught me some Arabic, plus I am muslim so I have to learn bit of Arabic anyway .

For example, Aslam o Aliqum means May Allah's peace and blessings be upon you. Kefalk means How are you. Yalla Yalla means quick quick (I use this all the time). Ma-salama means good bye.

If you do need some help in Arabic do let me know. We'll both learn together

Regards
