I LOVE to cook. Unfortunately my favorites always include rich buttery sauces and bad for you yeasty breads.
I've been doing some Thai stuff lately. Love to make Pad Thai and using the rice noodles and wraps rather than the normal flour type.
Fortunately I have found a place that makes Vietnamese summer rolls every Tuesday. Now I don't have to make them anymore
I also make my own sushi (non raw fish type) and have gotten pretty good at it.
Away from the Asian side, I love to cook just about anything. I'm one of those that if you ask me how I make something I couldn't tell you. Its a little of this and a pinch of that. My husband has finally gotten me to start writing down some of his favorites so his next wife will know how to make them
We made Tacos today with flour shells. I found another use for my wok. The round bottom makes getting a rounder "pouch" in the taco shell easier. Just a FYI
