I've been playing the saxophone since I was 10, though I don't play much now. It was more fun when I was in band in high school. My husband got me a guitar for Christmas so I'm learning to play that now.

I play mountain dulcimer and piano. Although it's been a while for the piano. I did handbells at a church I used to go to.

Awesome to meet other musicians on here!

I'm a big singer. Honestly, a better singer than I am rider. I've been singing pretty much my entire life. When I started high school I joined a professional children's choir, of which I am still a part. This past year I joined another chamber choir, a smaller group. So, I do a bunch of classical. I also take private voice lessons, where I do more classical. When I get the chance I like to play around with my jazz voice and throw in some rifs here and there. Next month I'll be performing Samson by Regina Spektor at a school performance. So excited to solo it up :)

I quit piano, guitar, and flute over time, mostly because of my lack of commitment to the instruments or lack of time to commit. Oh yeah, and I totally forgot I have a ukulele but I only know a few chords and don't really play it much... (but if you memorize the basic four-chord progression, you can pretty much repeat it and play thousands of songs with it ;))

Have fun with the Japanese! I'm working on a Japanese piece in one of my choirs now... it should be interesting, especially since I'm a sucker for romance languages, and I don't have much experience in the Asian language department.

I've played the violin since 6th grade. I have mixed feelings about it.

I was a pretty proficient flute player in high school...I auditioned for All-State three of the four years of high school, entered solo contests, and got selected for honor bands...

...since then, I just play recreationally, and only usually at church. I am also able to play the piccolo.

Singing? Not my thing, but I'll do it anyway!

I play the piano, flute, and violin. I'm a bit rusty on all of them though as I haven't touched them in quite a while! I need to get a piano of my own.

Just picking up the bagpipes myself!

I play tons of instruments. Some traditional, some not. Lots and lots. I love it. Music is such a huge part of my life I can't imagine not having it!
