Just finished final exams. Working tomorrow, but will have the weekend free. I can finally work on my iron golem farm! Despite having tons of villagers (more than the number needed for a golem), zero golems have spawned, which is very odd.

Not on topic with our server, but I found the wierdest thing yesterday in a single player game: a stronghold, complete with the spider spawner, mossy cobble, and chest with stuff, in the side of a hill really strange because I stumbled across it while farming and it's just in plain daylight. It was very odd.

Also, has anyone ever played a role-playing server? I found one (shut down at the moment for a map rebuild) named A'therys Ascended which looks absolutely AMAZING and I'm planning on joining when it reopens just to admire the builds (and to play because it looks like fun).

If you suffocate them with sand, they golems do drop iron. I practiced with a few by my apartment. Which I've decided to burn and start over. I herded a bunch of villagers into a safety bunker before I torched it.
