Steer riding

So I didn't really know where to put this thread but it seemed to fit in here the most... So at rodeo every year I steer ride. Here's my video.This was my first time steer riding, I did it the next year, and had the craziest steer and ended up in 4th

I would love to see other peoples video's or pictures of them steer riding. I find it fun

Aww, its fun but there's always someone that gets hurt, not in the ladies but in the mens when they ride the cow's. We don't do bulls at all.
I got hurt the first year.. in that video. The noise you hear at the beginning when the steer runs out of the shoot is my knee cracking against the post. Its injured but I haven't gone to the doctor haha. I also did it the year later and I had a really crazy steer omg he was trying to jump out of the shoot. I did stay on him longer though.

I would be waaay too scared to do that :O

I find it fun, its a real adrenaline runner lol. Once you do it once its not that scary.

I would do it if I liked it- never tried it - but the issue of being injured would scare me out of it.

Messing with steers is awesome!! Haha.

However, I just had a friend fracture his face from bullriding.

Ouch... that's why I don't ride anything that big lol. Bullriding would probably scare me haha.

That looks fun! Haha. I would probably be nervous the first time though.
