Ok I love taking pictures and posting them, but I have seen my pic's on other web sites where I have not put them.......i would love to know what program every one is using?

Photoshop. =) I make my watermarks more intricate, but here is a basic tutorial on how to make a watermark.
How to add a Watermark to your images using Photoshop

I would suggest making your watermark with something besides flat text though, as it's more difficult to even attempt to remove.

I use PhotoFiltre and just add a text to the picture, tuning text transparency low (around 40 to 60%).
