Awesome!! I guess it's time for me to start doing some research, too. I read a LOT (although now that I'm writing the sequel I'll have less time for reading), so it makes sense to get an ebook reader. Books are so much cheaper that way too! I actually read some ebooks on my laptop but it's not great.

I could use a really good feel good love story. Don't need all the sex scenes, just want a real storyline with characters that are real. I hate the ones where everthing falls into place perfectly.

I read one (a short one) last summer called "A cowboys tears". I actually cried...... It was really good. The guy thought he was doing the right thing by leaving his wife (He found out he was the reason they couldn't have kids) and he thought if he left her then she could find someone that could give her what she wanted. Everyone turned against him because they thought he was being a butt....

Hi farmpony84! I'm going to look for 'a cowboy's tears', it sounds like it's worth reading. Have you read If I Stay and Where She Went by Gayle Forman? They're definitely worth it, especially if you like music. And I'm not here to plug my own, but it might interest you, it's a somewhat unusual love story set in the horse world. I'll give you the link so you can check it out, but no worries if you're completely uninterested :) m.garzon | welcome

Oh, I meant to ask - has anyone read 'The Perfect Distance'? I've heard it was good but I'd like to get some feedback from riders before I buy it.

Cool :) it's mostly available online, I think - the tack shops around here are selling it, but that's because I'm local...

Figured I'd bump up this thread - Currently reading The Vampire Academy books. After watching all of Vampire Diaries - I'm kind of obsessed with Vampires...

Perfect timing for this thread to be bumped up! I've burned through most of the series I was reading on my kindle and was looking for more book ideas. :)
