Heidi is home! She settled into the barn like she'd never been gone. Here is a pic of her booboo taken yesterday, the sole showing the sole/toe crack is nearly resolved, and getting her halter changed by Amber to come home.

It has rained all day today so we didn't get a walkabout, but she did get some time in the 24x30 inside run in part of the barn. Mainly she stood around and munched hay or visited over the gate with the gang.

How is she doing, the poor thing must be bored stupid having to keep still all day long. Poor pet I hope she is doing better and can go for a nice long run in the field (although this might take a while to achieve)

LOL As you know I am a big fat slacker. And I never remember to have the stupid camera with me when I do her bandage.. I do have a few pics of her convalescing, however. ;)

She is doing very well. She has 24/7 turnout now to a 36x30 pen attached to the run in part of my barn (30X24) so she has room to walk around. I also take her for walks nearly daily around inside the arena. She likes to stop and snack on leaves tho. Usually she has either Peanut or Abe for company as they are good boys.

No running allowed yet, Bubblegum... Going to be a month or 2 before that's allowed. TG she's a quiet mare.

Tsk tsk on the not having the camera. I almost stopped by yesterday on my way back from Ft Scott. Didn't want to crash your supper time, though. I had MY camera. LOL
