bedding sores on front ankles

It doesn't matter how much bedding I put in the stall, horse walks around a lot and bedding always goes to sides of stall. So my horse has calluses on the front of his ankles from laying down. What's the best to use on this.

Sounds like your horse is stabled way too much if this is happening, so one of the 'fixes' is to 'pasture board' him if possible, or at least provide a LOT more turnout. Also if horses spend a lot of time lying down, this commonly indicates physical problems, such as hoof pain from laminitis or some such. Therefore I'd get him thoroughly checked out there too.
