Thanks Amazin, now I get you. Wasn't thinking laminitis particularly either, or underrun heels, run out toes on the 'low' foot - thinking of well managed ones.

I don't pad the foot to attempt to 'fix' the club, but I have found that to put a pad under the recessed frog(not under the walls), to give it more ground stimulation despite the high heel can strengthen the back of the foot and *IF* the reason that heel is high is directly related to weak/sensitive heels, this *may* potentially be one step in 'fixing'.
