Use straight apple cider vinegar or pinesol/water (50/50), spray daily. Next time your farrier is out, have him/her cut away all of the affected hoof/frog material, then spray every other day for a week or two, to make sure it's not coming back. After it's totally gone, just be sure to pick your horses' feet regularly and use ACV or pinesol/water whenever you suspect thrush coming back.
