Has anyone used these shoes?
Looking for info/advice/thoughts/experiences or reviews.
Would especially like to hear from any farriers that have had
experience with them (good or bad).
Thank you very much:)

I don't know about those shoes but I used these for years. They held up well, could be reset & had great traction on roads & rocks but normal traction everywhere else. I used them on my mild club footed horse, my oldster & my trail horse. If I had the need for shoes again I would use these.
My farrier did need to buy special tools to use them & study how to apply them but once he got used to them he liked them.

I dont like the easywalkers. Once the yellow grippy part wears off, they are like ice on concrete. I have a broken elbow tip thanks to that (new shoes 2 weeks in)

I like these. No special tools required. GROUND CONTROL HORSESHOES (877) TRACTION They are cheap and you can reset them multiple times. We got at least 3 settings but could have done more. Great traction on all but wet grass. Flat, thin soled horses wont typically like the wide flat web tho. They also work great with Vettec products and can even be nailed to casting.

Thank you for the responses and information, my niece is having the poly shoes put on her barrel horse this week and we are trying to find out as much as we can about them before then, we have done a lot of research and they appear good, but we were/are hoping to get user reviews or personal experiences. So sorry to hear of your broken elbowtip, that must of hurt! Did you work your horse a lot in the two weeks it took to wear off the grips? And was the work arena work or on hard surface? Thank you again for the information and I hope you heal well.

The horse was ridden at a walk and some gait 6 days a week for 1.5 - 3 hrs at a time on grass an arena dirt with some concrete and asphalt crossings. We used them for several shoeing, new shoes each time, and they always wore out very quickly. The hard plastic is very very slippery. We were much happier with a shoe that was completely one material and always grippy.
