Knitting and macrame: Excellent idea - you can then make your own saddle pads, horse blankets, hay nets, portable fencing - think of what you could with stall decorations.
I have an Oreo fund. People kinda of look at me weird when I say it. Why do I need a fund for Oreos. Oreo is the name of my horse people. Any unspent lunch money for the week goes into the Oreo fund. Then I have a farrier appointment or coggins pulled, and it empties right back out.

Don't worry if you get infected you can't die from the disease but it does die with you. Your offspring has a 50-50 chance of being infected. Neither of my kids developed or suffered from me being infected. My poor husband can only support my symtoms as I continue to suffer from this infection that causes so much affection to horse hair
