    Camera Help

So im looking to buy a new camera cause the one I have now isn't working to well. Its between the Nikon D5000 and Nikon D90 I don't know which one would be better. Also whats your opinion on Nikons are they good?? The camera I have now is a cannon.

Nikons are excellent cameras! Top brand and great quality! Both the D90 and D5000 are awesome cameras and you can't go wrong! I personally shoot with a camera that is more like the D90 (simply because it was more affordable for me) and it happens to be a Canon. My friend, however, shoots beautiful shots with a Nikon D60. So either way, you're on the right track! Happy shopping! :)

Nikons are good, but you have to check out this camera.

    Olympus - Stylus Tough 12-Megapixel Digital Camera - Blue - 8000

Its waterproof. You can take it in the ocean with you if you want.

It depends on how much experience you have with DSLR's and what you plan on using it. If your new to DSLR's and just plan on buying the camera for personal use you would probably be happy with the D5000. The D90 is designed for someone with more experience with DSLR's and has more professional settings that aren't found on the D5000. I own the Nikon D90 (I'm starting a 2 year photography program in college this fall) and so far I really enjoy it! I've heard the Canon EOS T2i is a good camera too.

Hmm yes im thinking more the D5000 a little bit cheaper and this will be my second DSLR.

Unless you plan on using the manual settings a lot, you should be fine with the d5000. The d90 is designed to make it easier to use the manual settings that's the main difference.
