Constructive Critique for My Friesian Sketch?

Our computer takes so long to load, I decided to sketch a bit, right? This is what i came up with...

Okay, so maybe I didn't just sketch a little...who likes it anyways?

I really like it. I could'nt do that good tho.

The eye looks a lil to big

I don't really know if that is the neck, but it look a lil thick.

It doesnt look too bad. The neck is a bit too thick and the jowl is a little too small. Those are the main things that stuck out to me.

Actually, I didn't draw the underside line for the bottom of the neck, so I think you're seeing his mane. Yeah, I tend to draw BIG eyes, LOL! Once I make the main outline then everything else around it, it comes out a bit big.
By jowl, do you mean the underside of his head, between the chin and the jaw? Or did you mean the main, half-circle shaped jaw bone? I think I get what you mean.
For the shading, I look at a 3-D horse model - it really helps for what dark spots should be where. I haven't taken any art lessons, and this particular sketch was done freehand.
Thanks guys! Now I know what to fix next time!

There, I made the eye a bit smaller and I added the "neck line". Is that better?

I really like it nice job. I like the second picture, the eye does look better. :)
The only other thing I see is that the ears might be a bit to big a little out of place, but I could be wrong. :)

Thanks! I had kinda wanted to have it be a shot from more behind, if you get what I mean. So yes, the ears turned out sort of funny.
